In frustration the inventor stopped paying the engineering firm’s bills, and due to the lack of payment the engineering firm stopped the development of the chain saw.
Six months of written communications did not manage to solve the problem. The engineering firm sent the bill to collection with its usual attorney. The attorney suggested addressing the conflict via mediation.
